To guarantee the safety of your minerals during transit, each item is carefully packaged in sturdy boxes and wrapped securely with bubble wrap or other protective materials. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.

If you need to return a product for any reason, we accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date. Please contact us directly for return instructions. Return shipping costs and any related expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.
