Several tightly intergrown hematite crystals form a striking, twin-like cluster rising prominently from the pale matrix. The broad, layered faces display superb metallic luster and reflect light brilliantly. Its compact arrangement gives the specimen impressive depth, while the dark hematite and light matrix create excellent contrast. Recently arrived and carefully cleaned, this superb-quality example has a distinctive natural shape.
